The Tremolo story

The Tremolo: described by many as the most cheerful of the calls made by the Common Loon. Like many Minnesotans, I was blessed to spend my childhood summers camping with my family throughout the state.
 

When I was dating Michele, my late wife of 25 years, I introduced her to lakes country. She vividly remembered the first time she heard the hauntingly beautiful call of the loon. We cherished weekends with our family and eventually made Ottertail County our home. 

Michele passed away in 2021, but her memory lives on in the traditions we created here.  Today, I continue to enjoy our lakeside home with my wife, Sue, embracing new memories while preserving the legacy of joy and togetherness that started here.

Tremolo Designs was started with one thought in mind: to provide opportunities for others to make their ideas of a dream home into a reality. For many, those dreams include a custom-designed home or cabin, a renovation or addition to their current living space, or just wanting “their Saturdays to be Saturdays” in their piece of heaven.
